Role description
As our Working Student in Corporate Development, you will support the team in driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy execution, organizational alignment, international expansion and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-impact projects while developing your skills in corporate strategy and business growth.
Your Mission
Strategy & Execution
- Assist in researching industry trends, competitor analysis, and preparing presentations for strategic planning.
- Support our the strategy process, track and report progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for global growth opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating market entry strategies and localisation requirements.
- Maintain and optimize our CRM system to enhance sales performance and customer insights.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure company-wide understanding of strategic priorities.
- Drive adoption of collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence) and enable cross-team knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s oder Master’s program (Business, Economics, or related field)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in data analysis and visualizations
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ internship in consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), Confluence, or Power BI
- Participation in case competitions or strategy-focused student organizations
