Role description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Support & Account Specialist to join our commercial team and support the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, sales operations, and account support activities across the GCC and international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial operations within the flavour and F&B industry.

Working closely with our Sales Support & Account Specialist, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while progressively learning our internal systems, commercial processes, and cross-functional ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Your Mission

Working in partnership with the Sales, Sales Support, R&D, and Logistics team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting Order Management – Assist in coordinating customer orders by entering orders into the system, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and communicating timely updates to support efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Coordinating Sample Logistics – Support the preparation, documentation, shipment, and tracking of customer samples while ensuring timely follow-ups with courier partners and customers.
  • Maintaining Commercial Systems & Data – Assist in maintaining accurate customer information by supporting CRM administration, creating customer accounts, updating records, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Learning Commercial Processes – Work closely with the Sales Support & Account Specialist to gain hands-on experience in our commercial operations, progressively learning the end-to-end order process, sample coordination, customer requirements, and internal ways of working.
  • Supporting Office & Commercial Operations – Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of both the commercial function and general office operations by assisting with administrative, operational, and team support activities where required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Commercial Support, Account Coordination, or a similar role within a B2B commercial environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn with a willingness to develop within a commercial support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English. Any other language, an asset.
  • Strong digital proficiency and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM.
  • Experience supporting order management.
  • Familiarity with international courier documentation and GCC shipping regulations is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the flavour, food ingredients, or food manufacturing industry is considered an advantage for documentation understanding and knowledge.
