Identify Market Opportunities
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and the Company's capabilities to identify and develop new business opportunities.Build Strategic Partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners through effective communication, project management, and commercial collaboration.Drive Business Growth
Support sustainable revenue growth by evaluating business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and contributing to strategic business decisions.Lead Innovation
Transform customer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities into value-added business solutions and new commercial initiatives.Monitor Business Performance
Prepare forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and support continuous business improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and support business decisions.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Professional proficiency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Flavour & Fragrance or FMCG industry is preferred.
Experience working in a multinational or global company will be an advantage.
Knowledge of current trends and developments in the tobacco and nicotine industry is an advantage.
