Role description

IT Staff plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company’s technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, to support daily business activities effectively.

In this role, the IT Staff ensures that all systems run optimally, minimizes downtime through proactive monitoring, and provides timely technical support to users. Additionally, the position contributes to maintaining data security, supporting system integration, and ensuring reliable backups of company data.

Your Mission

  • Ensure Reliable IT Infrastructure
    You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and network systems (LAN/WLAN/WAN) to ensure stable and efficient company operations. 

  • Prevent System Downtime
    You will proactively monitor network and server performance to identify risks early and maintain business continuity.

  • Solve Complex IT Issues
    You will handle and resolve escalated technical problems, delivering effective and timely solutions to support user productivity. 

  • Maintain Operational Readiness
    You will ensure all IT equipment (computers, printers, meeting devices, etc.) functions optimally to support daily business activities. 

  • Empower Users with IT Knowledge
    You will provide basic technical guidance and onboarding support to employees in using company IT resources. 

  • Support System Implementation
    You will actively contribute to the integration, setup, and maintenance of internal systems and applications.

  • Protect Company Data and Systems
    You will implement and monitor IT security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and access controls to safeguard company assets. 

  • Ensure Data Availability and Recovery
    You will manage regular data backups and conduct restore testing to ensure data integrity in emergency situations. 

  • Maintain Clear Documentation
    You will create and update technical documentation, network diagrams, and user guidelines to support efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. 

  • Manage IT Assets Effectively
    You will track and maintain accurate records of all IT assets to ensure proper utilization and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Staff, IT Support, or similar role.

  • Strong capability in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of server administration.

  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, WiFi, and VPN.

  • Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and firewall configuration.
